Just in time for Halloween, your Rentec Direct team has conjured up a new feature in the form of the new Mailing Wizard.  However, we are glad to say that is not where the magic ends! Our core focus at Rentec Direct is to save you time and make the day-to-day tasks of property management easier than ever before.

Automatic Mailing Wizard

As a landlord or property manager, you’re legally responsible for sending notices and important letters to tenants. It’s not always easy to draft a thorough notice that meets compliance requirements and then make the trip to the post office to mail the documents. 

Your development team understands the challenges, importance, and flexibility required for mailing out notices and letters and has developed a brilliant solution in the new Mailing Wizard tool and newly integrated PostGrid mail delivery services.

The Mailing Wizard provides three options for submitting Notices and Letters:

The new Mailing Wizard tool lets you send notices, letters, and messages to individual or multiple tenants via email, print, or USPS mail. Landlords and property managers can enter messages manually, or you can use templates with data fields to auto-populate information from your Rentec Direct account–ideal for formal legal communications.

Owner Payment Wizard

First introduced in 2016, the Owner Payment Wizard has been a feature of your software for a long time, but it’s no less magical at saving you valuable time as a property manager. With the Owner Payment Wizard, you can pay all owners affiliated with the properties you manage–all in one simple step.

This tool supports all the payment methods used to pay owners including Check, Print Check, and ACH.

If you are set up with an EasyPay Merchant account, making outgoing ACH payments to your owners to fully automate your processes and have a green, paperless office is super efficient using the pay owners wizard. You can also review payment details in the Owner Payment Wizard Reports.
