Your owners can now access detailed reports directly from their Owner Portal on a new Reports page. The Reports page allows your property owners to view or save summaries of their property performance, vacancies and account activity. The Reports page is mobile friendly to conveniently serve your owners on the go and reports are provided in the widely compatible Adobe PDF format for greatest ease of use.
To activate this new feature for your property owners, visit Settings -> Program Defaults. Select the Yes option next to “Allow Owners to view reports.”
Once the “View Reports” feature has been activated, your owners will see a Reports Tab in their Owner Portal where they can filter their reports by individual properties or by all properties. Additionally, date filters are available to find reports within a specific date range, for example, within the past month, quarter, year, or other custom range.
New Owner Report Page – Desktop Screen View:
Like the rest of the Owner Portal, the new Reports page is mobile friendly and will automatically adjust its format and functionality to suit all screen layouts from desktops to mobile devices.
By default, when selecting a report on the desktop screen, a preview popup allows reports to be viewed onscreen and the Adobe Reader provides options to print or to download and save the file. On narrower mobile device screens, like your phone screen, the preview popup does not appear, so the option to download and save the file will be controlled by the behavior of the device’s web browser.
