We are happy to announce a new feature to your property management software that will make contacting your vendors even easier!
Rentec Direct users are now able to add email addresses and mobile phone numbers to the Vendor contact information in the Rentec system. This new feature allows vendors to be contacted directly through the software’s email and SMS functions.
To update your vendor’s contact information and improve your vendor interactions, visit the Settings Tab and select Manage Vendors & Payees. You can then right click on your vendor to easily edit vendor details, where you will find the new email and mobile phone fields.
The Vendor List Report will also reflect your vendors’ email addresses and phone numbers, providing you with a quick-reference for contact information for your vendors.
