Rentec Direct Honored as Stevie Award Winner in 2019 American Business Awards®
Rentec Direct was named the winner of three Stevie® Awards in The 17th Annual American Business Awards® today.
The leading property management software company took home top honors with a gold award in the real estate Company of the Year
category; a bronze award in the Entrepreneur of the Year category for founder and CEO Nathan Miller; and a bronze award for Customer Service Department of the Year. The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program, nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned.”
More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories and industries.
Rentec Direct was nominated in three award categories for the real estate industry.
Rentec Direct was recognized with the following awards in the 2019 American Business Awards® because of the high average scores they received from the judges:
Gold Stevie Award for Small Real Estate Company of the Year
Judges praised Rentec Direct for its excellent use of technology to further business goals, its growth-oriented mindset, and their commitment to providing free resources to both tenants and landlords in the real estate space. One comment read, “this company will be making waves in the years to come.”
Bronze Stevie Award for Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year
Judges were impressed by Miller’s impactful and innovative business strategies, his ability to grow his company organically and debt-free, and his demonstrated experience using technology to solve a problem in the industry. One judge noted, “Nathan embodies the spirit of what an entrepreneur could and should be.”
Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year
Judges commented on Rentec’s use of customer insight to drive product development and its strong track record of customer satisfaction.

More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners. The awards will be presented to the winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Tuesday, June 11.
