Simon is the company director of Property Claim Assist and has been in the insurance industry for the majority of his working life – so it’s an area he knows extremely well. He began his career as a claims clerk at South Essex Insurance Brokers. A few years later he took a senior property claims role at Commercial Union Assurance. After periods at Equity Insurance Association and Red Star Policies at Lloyds, he moved to The City of London, where he spent eight years as a claims manager for The Black Sea & Baltic General Insurance Company. Simon is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and the Society of Claims Professionals.
