would a landlord be allowed to do a walk-through during “quarantine”
If a tenant tests positive or has been in contact with someone positive and has been asked to quarantine, please share that documentation and information with your landlord so they can decide how to proceed.
For the majority, we are simply in a shelter-at-home or self-quarantine with social distancing guidelines. It would be up to the landlord to decide to do a virtual or self walk-through or an in-person visit. If in-person they should ensure they are following national, state, and local guidelines and decrees.
