Regularly reviewing these reports is important to maintaining a balanced budget and putting you in control of your ROI.

With the new enhancement, you can schedule important, up-to-date reports to be delivered directly to your email on a weekly or monthly basis.

Schedule Automated Renter and Property Reports to be Delivered to Yourself

Automatically receiving these emailed reports will serve as a gentle reminder to review them at your convenience and keep your accounts current without the need for reminders and sticky notes. 

Some of the ways reports can help save you time:

Receive a Rent Roll Report:

  • Manage vacancies and scheduled move-outs to list property quickly avoiding loss in tenant turnover
  • Manage lease renewals to update legal leases and address changes to rent or policy

Receive payment settlement reports:

  • Quickly address failed online payments to communicate options with renters
  • Reduce late fees

Renters Insurance:

  • To help ensure renters insurance is current

Income/Expense (profit and loss) statement:

Schedule Reports to be Emailed to Yourself

All Rentec Direct Pro and PM clients can now schedule important reports to be emailed directly to themselves weekly or monthly. 

The steps below walk through how to schedule your reports to be emailed directly to your inbox.

Schedule Reports to be Delivered to Your Email

In your Rentec Direct account:

  1. Click on Reports
  2. Click on the NEW Try our remodeled reports link
  3. Click on the report you would like to schedule

    Note: Click on the star to add the report to your list of favorites at the top of the screen, then click on the report. To remove a report from the list, click on the star again.
  4. Enter the Report Period for the report you would like to create

    Notes:
    a. The Report Period will automatically update each frequency
    b. Pressing ctrl+/ will allow you to toggle between the report being created and the list of     reports
  5. Indicate Bank Account, Owner or Property
  6. Check the box to include archived property in the Owner Statement A, Owner Statement B, or Vacant property reports
  7. Click on Submit to create a report

    Note: When reviewing the report, many fields, such as property, tenant, tenant email, and dollar amounts, will be clickable, allowing you to access various fields and transactions to make any needed adjustments or memos.
     
  8. Click on the email envelope
  9. Check the Include Myself box
  10. Enter a subject and message
  11. Click on Schedule Report
  12. Using the dropdown select the frequency and day reports are to be sent
  13. Send Now will be checked by default to send an immediate test report 
  14. Click on Send, Schedule Email to send a test and schedule your reports
