A new integration between Rentec Direct and Tenant Turner allows landlords and property managers to utilize the powerful property management accounting features of Rentec Direct and the helpful lead tracking and scheduling system of Tenant Turner.
The integration offers a listings import allowing Rentec Direct clients to automatically import their property details into Tenant Turner so you don’t have to re-type data.
If you already have a Tenant Turner account, all you need to do is create an API key in Rentec Direct that you share with your support team at Tenant Turner. If you’re new to Tenant Turner, you can create an account with Tenant Turner that can connect with your Rentec Direct account via an API key.

Showings Calendar and Schedule for your Rental Vacancies with Tenant Turner
One of our favorite features offered by Tenant Turner are the scheduling tools that allow you to coordinate your showings. Tenant Turner gives the option to control how and when you show your rentals, including clusterings and open houses. You’ll be able to see all of your viewings in one place and you can also integrate your calendar app with Tenant Turner to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Sync your Rentec Direct Properties with Tenant Turner
With the Tenant Turner and Rentec Direct integration you can sync the property details from your Rentec Direct with your Tenant Turner account, eliminating the need for manual double entry.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Settings
- Under Tools click on Utilities
- Click on API Keys
- Under Tenant Turner click on Create Key
- Copy the Key that was created for your Tenant Turner account
- Email your API key to support@tenantturner.com
