While we are always excited to share our biggest and most-requested feature updates and rollouts, our development team is always hard at work in the interim. We recognize that it’s equally important to address smaller issues and software updates. The developers work closely with the Client Success Team, as well as our clients to find out what fixes and enhancements can create an even better experience for you.
In-house, the team refers to smaller updates as a bug fix, QuickFix, HotFix, or issue report, and large updates as Features or Enhancements. While we may not report every minor fix or update, you can rest assured in knowing that the development team is always hard at work improving the software for your needs.

Your development team was working hard last month to bring about some helpful changes to your software. However, the work doesn’t stop there! - Blue Moon integration: State-specific landlord and property management forms from Blue Moon will be available in your Rente Direct software to share with owners and tenants.

Love the software but the company you guys deal with to process payments needs to go. I am sick and tired of calling and no return calls no answers. Money being deposited days later money taken back. I’m seriously considering another program just to avoid the headaches. I was told to write when I wanted the funds placed into my account and email back. Shouldn’t be that difficult to change from deposit immediately to deposit when Forte is 100% they have cleared the funds. Btw, stop waiting so long, it’s a rental business. You have to charge right away.
Hi Emily, I’m glad to hear you are using the online payments, but bummed that you’re experiencing funding challenges. By default our commitment from Forte is to do next-day transmission of your funds. Most property managers want the funds as soon as possible, so that’s generally preferred. However, in the event a tenant payment is NSF, because they’ve already sent the funds, they have to be reversed. It sounds like that’s the challenge you are experiencing. We should be able to have Forte wait until the 2nd or 3rd day to release the funds so you don’t have to deal with that. I’ll ask somebody to follow up with you to make that happen.
